Cancellation & Refund Policy

Dotin Skills provides digital, self-paced online courses (“Courses”) accessible through our e-learning platform. Since our Courses are digital educational content and not physical or shippable products, this policy is framed specifically around course access and usage, rather than product delivery.

By purchasing a Course on our Platform, you enter into a binding agreement to access the Course content made available to you. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Once a purchase is completed and course access has been granted, the enrollment cannot be cancelled, as access to digital content is provided immediately upon payment. We do not offer cancellations for change of mind once a Course has been unlocked on your account.

Refund Eligibility

A refund request will only be considered if both of the following conditions are met:

• Time limit: The refund request is raised within 10 days of the original date of purchase.
• Usage limit: You have accessed less than 50% of the total lessons/modules in the Course.

Lesson access is tracked automatically on our Platform, and this data will be used as the basis for verifying eligibility.

Discretionary Review

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny or limit a refund request even where the above conditions are technically met, in cases where we suspect misuse of the refund policy — including but not limited to repeated purchase-and-refund behavior on the same or similar Courses, or evidence that the Course content has been downloaded, copied, or shared.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at dotinacademy@gmail.com with your registered email ID, order/transaction ID, and the reason for the request.
2. Our team will verify your lesson access percentage and purchase date against the criteria above.
3. We may request additional information before approving any request.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method/bank account used at the time of purchase.

Any payment gateway or transaction charges deducted at the time of purchase may be excluded from the refunded amount, where applicable.

Exceptions

• Refunds will not be provided for Courses purchased during special discount/sale events unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
• Access shared, misused, or found in violation of our Terms of Use will disqualify the enrollment from any refund consideration.
