Shipping & Delivery Policy

Dotin Skills sells digital, self-paced online courses. We do not ship any physical goods. This policy explains how your purchase is delivered and when you can expect access.

1. Digital Delivery

All Courses are delivered online through your account on our Platform. When your payment is confirmed, the Course is unlocked and becomes immediately available in your dashboard under “My Courses” / enrolled courses.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Instant access: in almost all cases, access is granted within a few minutes of a successful payment.
• Occasional delay: if a payment is held for verification by the gateway, access is granted as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within a few hours.

3. How to Access Your Course

1. Log in to your account at dotinskills.com using the email you registered with.
2. Open your dashboard / enrolled courses.
3. Your purchased Course appears there and can be started right away.

4. Confirmation

A confirmation email with your order details is sent to your registered email address after every successful purchase. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder before contacting us.

5. Didn't Get Access?

If your payment succeeded but the Course has not appeared in your dashboard within a few hours, email us at dotinacademy@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and your order/transaction ID. We'll restore access promptly.

6. Refunds

Because delivery is digital and immediate, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
