How quickly will I get a reply?
We answer every message within one working day, usually much sooner during support hours.
I paid but can't access my course.
Message us with the email you used at checkout and we’ll restore access straight away. It’s almost always a mismatch between the payment email and the account email.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Send us your billing details after purchase and we’ll issue a GST invoice.
Do you offer refunds?
See our cancellation policy for the full terms. If something’s gone wrong, talk to us first — we’d rather fix it.
