These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dotin Skills online learning platform at dotinskills.com (the “Platform”), including all courses, content, and services offered through it.

By creating an account, purchasing a Course, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• “Course” means any digital, self-paced educational programme on the Platform, including videos, text, resources, quizzes, and assignments.
• “User”, “you” means any person who accesses the Platform.
• “Content” means all material made available on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to purchase a Course.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering, keep your password confidential, and notify us of any unauthorised use of your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable — you may not share login credentials, sell your account, or allow anyone else to access Courses through it.

3. Course Access and Licence

On successful payment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the purchased Course for your own learning. Unless stated otherwise, access is granted for the lifetime of the Course on our Platform.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless indicated at checkout. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed. Payment must be made in full before access is granted.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Because Courses are digital content delivered immediately, enrollments cannot be cancelled once access has been granted. Refunds are available only in limited circumstances, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

• copy, record, scrape, mirror, or redistribute any Content;
• share account credentials or provide access to non-purchasers;
• attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or any technical protection measure;
• upload malicious code or disrupt the Platform;
• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose;
• harass, abuse, impersonate, or defame instructors, staff, or other learners.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without refund, for breach of this section.

7. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including videos, text, graphics, logos, course structures, and software — is owned by Dotin Skills or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Dotin Skills name, logo, and branding may not be used without our prior written permission.

8. User-Submitted Content

If you submit assignments, reviews, questions, or other material, you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use that material for operating and promoting the Platform. You confirm you have the rights to any material you submit.

9. Certificates

Certificates of completion confirm that you have completed the required lessons in a Course. They are not an accredited academic qualification and do not guarantee employment, income, or any specific outcome.

10. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance or add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform and all Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Course content is educational and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or career advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding it.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dotin Skills, its officers, employees, instructors, and partners from any claim, liability, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Platform.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thrissur, Kerala, India.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
